Product Description


A hundred level laminar flow hood is an air purification device that can provide a locally clean environment. It mainly consists of SUS304 stainless steel box, variable air volume fan unit, liquid tank high-efficiency filter, flow film, differential pressure gauge, wind speed sensor, LED lighting, etc. The laminar flow hood can be lifted or supported by stainless steel square tubes, with a compact structure and easy use. It can be used individually or connected in multiple ways to form a belt shaped clean area, installed above process points that require high cleanliness environment. After passing through a high-efficiency filter and a uniform flow membrane at a certain wind speed, a uniform flow layer is formed, which makes clean air flow vertically and unidirectionally, thereby ensuring the cleanliness required by the process in the working area. The laminar flow hood operating area is protected by Class 100 vertical laminar flow ISO5 (NF, EN, ISO14644-1).

  • The operating system adopts PLC and human-machine interaction interface (HMI), which meets the verification requirements of GAMP5 specification;
  • Third level password login, online monitoring of pressure difference, wind speed and other parameters, alarm reminder display status;
  • When the filter is clogged, the wind speed will decrease, and the fan speed will be automatically adjusted to maintain a constant wind speed range;
  • Can be configured with UPS device, which can protect the control system for 30 minutes in case of power outage, reducing risks;
  • All instruments and meters shall undergo third-party calibration and issue report documents.
