The fume hood may be equipped with a water washing device inside the ventilation duct or cabinet to remove accumulated chemicals. Vacuum devices can also be installed inside, which can avoid using glove boxes but still handle chemicals that react strongly with air and water vapor.

The internal maintenance doors that can be disassembled and exchanged on both sides greatly facilitate the construction, installation, maintenance, and upkeep of water, electricity, and gas pipelines. Avoid disassembling the main structure and unnecessary damage during maintenance. The inner panel can fix the water and gas supply cock, the back panel can fix the guide plate, and the top panel is equipped with lighting and gas collection devices

(6) The T-shaped handle design of the sliding door not only conforms to ergonomics, but also helps the airflow pass smoothly and reduces the possibility of turbulence. The sliding door adopts a single counterweight that can easily stop at any position.
(7) The suspension cable adopts 2.5mm stainless steel cable, and the steel cable is hidden inside the track. Each steel cable can carry 450kg.
(8) The installation position and angle setting of the rear guide plate are based on computer-aided fluid dynamics simulation calculations and physical testing results, which can effectively eliminate gases with different densities. The material is a double resistant plate. During installation, a detachable fixed seat is used to connect with the back plate.
(9) The PP material conical shrinkage hood has a rectangular opening at the bottom inlet, which has good functions such as gas collection and noise reduction according to fluid dynamics analysis.
